「My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this uber quaint inn. Super clean. Convenient location. Spacious room. Very peaceful. Superb restaurant right next door. Yummy, professionally prepared breakfast to die for. Friendly staff. We are retired seniors. We stayed here in June 2026 on our way to Gettysburg, Annapolis, Mt. Vernon & DC.」

「The facility gave my room away one hour before my arrival in an area that was completely booked and cited that they had a right to do that! Buyer beware do not stay at this establishment! Their word and your money mean nothing to them! My stay was prepaid! They gave my room away to another patron due to “technical difficulties” in the other patrons room who happened to be a Hilton member and they said they have a right to prioritize Hilton members over paid patrons rooms!!!! Bad business will...

「The bed and breakfast was so beautiful! We enjoyed the gazebo staring out at the gorgeous landscape. We relaxed on the patio while enjoying a few glasses of wine. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! Olga was an incredible host. Thank you so much! We will be back again!」

「We had a wonderful stay! The innkeepers were so friendly and helpful. It was fun to learn the history of the house, especially since the were so into the history. Donnie is an excellent chef and made a wonderful breakfast for us. We were only there for one night since we were visiting our son and he only had one day off. We would definitely recommend as a place to stay for one night, or much longer. Charles Town was a cool place to visit and there are several towns around with fun downtown...

「The temperature in the room was set up at 73° and the thermostat was locked. The attendant did not want to unlock it, and I had to demand the owner of the property to be called at which time the key for the box was found, and I was allowed to adjust the temperature in the room.」

「This was an excellent stay despite of the fact I have a mobility problem and our room was 40+ steps above. Unique place and the people I met there were friendly and kind. If you're lucky enough to run into JeanMarie outside weeding, make sure you ask her questions about this area, she's local and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our 2nd luck was seeing Chef Kashiff. Never expected that level of frienliness - we were beyond charmed by his story. Don't forget to make the 3 course dinner...
