Have stayed here several times. quiet clean ..has a nice pool. very friendly and helpful staff. great little bar/restaurant across the street with awesome sunset view and best pizza .strongly recommend if you want to stay in the west end.

The rooms had great air conditioning and the room service was amazing. I came back into my room every night with clean towels and a fixed bed.

Kerry Ann was nice. She suggested to try a close place to eat at sip and bites and it was 10/10. There is also a driver by the name of Niah you can take you around. He is the best! Loved the restaurant across the street. Great views.

Our place was spacious and beautifully presented. They left beautiful fresh flowers around the room for us. We had a porch and a hammock. It was a great place to relax.

Had a wonderful stay

Love the property! We arrived and were checked in very quickly and shown to our cute cottage room. It was so beautifully decorated with island vibes and fresh flowers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The bed is pretty standard and probably not for tall people because me and my SO barely fit so don't get the standard double if you are tall but everything was immaculate and beds has mosquito netting which was awesome. I really had a wonderful time staying here. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Negril

This place is great!! The pool is surrounded by beautiful flowers and there are butterflies everywhere. The owners are AMAZING! Owners and staff are so friendly and helpful! Everything was great and I loved it!

Awesome stay

This was definitely my kind of hotel. It was quaint, serene, private and just what accommodation in Jamaica should be like. The owners were extremely pleasant and made sure all was to my liking. I’m now at a more modern commercialized hotel and I actually prefer the LTU

The rooms are quite large, each with a private porch (or balcony); the pool is large and has a lovely waterfall; the landscaping is lush and colorful; the best part of my stay was the staff and owners, who are so friendly and helpful.. and definitely the restaurant!!

Reach during Covid Quarantine

Nice location on the hill. The restaurant has good food/drinks at a reasonable price. Next door to Ricks so you have a great view. We saw pod of dolphins swim by during breakfast. Pool was clean. Has a waterfall and lounging area if wishing to stay out of sun. Buildings have 2 rooms. 1 up &1 below. Comfortable bed. Air worked well when needed. Had a fridge that worked and a coffee maker that did not. We would stay here again.

Visiting Negril

I love this place. It was clean and inviting. Customer service was great and the location on the cliff side is fantastic. Very close to Ricks cafe. They also have their own restaurant and bar directly across the street. I normally stay on the beach but this was a very pleasant change. I would recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

Nice, quiet property just steps away from Rick's Cafe and another local pub. Good value, but it should be mentioned that the shower was dirty. My wife found clumps of hair on the floor and wall.

I liked that it was close to all amenities and Taxi service was very handy. I liked there was a breakfast place next door LTU. Very handy especially on your first day. Security service was comfortable and the pool area very clean. I really liked chatting with the cleaning staff. I wish you would have some kind of entertainment/beverage service in the evenings. It would be nice to occupy that beautiful pool side area in the evenings. Could get a little boring if you decide to stay in.
