フロントの方は概ね丁寧な対応なのですが、チェックアウトの際のフロントが男性一人だったのですが他の方に比べて言葉遣いや対応が雑で、客の顔も見ずに無言で送り出されました。 ウェルカム系が無く、山奥で他のホテルよりサービスが少ないわりにはお値段が特別安いわけでもないので最後に宿の印象下がるような対応で残念でした。 (山道なのでガソリンすごい減りますが、近くにスタンドも無いので注意です!) 水着で入れる混浴露天風呂が珍しく、お部屋も狭くないし温泉も良かったのですが、露天風呂が外から見えそうなギリギリ(2階くらいの高さにあって目の前がホテルに出入りする車が通る道なので、うっかり風呂内の道路側で立ち上がったら見えてしまうほど!?)だったのは衝撃でした。 あとはご飯屋さんに困りました。宿の売店のインスタント品は割高で、せっかくの旅行なので美味しいものが良いですし… 周りの店は19時頃閉まるので開いてるお店を探すのに苦労しましたが、なんとか見つけた中華のお店がとても美味しく救われました。 我が家の車の燃費の悪さもありますが、山道でぐんぐん減ったガソリンを入れに行くにもGSまでもが軒並み19時閉店…インターまで戻って給油しました。 地域柄普通のことなのでしょうが、都市部から行くと勝手が違いすぎて面食らってしまいました。 と、気になるところはありつつも個性がある宿なので、リピ無しではありません！ あの中華にも再訪したいし、またいつか利用あるかもしれません。

夏休み期間（8月下旬）だったため、大学生のグループと小さい子供連れの家族がほとんどでした。とても賑やかです。どこの宿も高騰している中、できるだけお得に旅行をしたいという需要にうまく応えている宿ですね。 ただ、温泉は本格的で最高でした。硫黄香るとても良い湯です。

内装が新しくなっており良かったです。 スタッフも最低限で回している感じでしたが、丁寧に対応してくださいました。 露天の温泉プール（？）は広くて好きなのですが、水温がちょっと低くて冬から春だと、長くははいっていられないのが残念です。

素泊まりで利用させていただきましたが、特に問題なく泊まることができます。コンビニや食事は、少し遠く不便さもありましたが、事前に買い物や食事を済ませチェックインすれば問題ないです。施設の売店にはお弁当などの冷凍食品が置いてあります。

部屋の冷蔵庫の音が大きいので就寝時気になった。4歳の子どもも音が気になり耳を押さえながら寝ていました。 プールは塩素が強くにおいや髪の痛みが気になりました。 大浴場の脱衣所は清潔でしたが、大浴場の入り口はカビだらけでヌルっとしていて、子どもは滑って転びました。 値段相応なのかなと思います。

温泉が最高でした！雨が降っていたのでプールは入りたかったけど、諦めました。 夜本当は外食してから泊まる予定でしたが、時間がなくて、そのまま泊まりました。冷凍食品は豊富でしたが、やはり朝だけで良いな！と思いました。でも美味しかったてす。食事の時間に縛られることなく、自分の好きな時間で自由に食べれるのはすごく良かったです。何と言ってもコスパ最高です。ゆっくり温泉に入れたし、ビジネスホテルに泊まるよりずっといいと思います。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。
