First room was kind if smelly and there was no hot water. We asked management to change the room and they accommodated us. They moved us to a better toom. The Reef at Atlantis
My main issue the entire stay was the room. My shower and toilet did not work properly the entire time for my stay, maintenance came 3 times trying to fix the issue and did not. Not being able to shower and have the toilet sound like it was overflowing was not ideal
