Extremely overcrowded everywhere. Screaming kids at every pool except one which is full of drunk adults. If you want a beach chair you need to put a towel and lotion on it or good luck finding one. Not a peaceful place.

Hotel Riu Palace Paradise Island - Adults Only - All Inclusive
Overcrowded, limited menu, understaffed. Property in need of considerable renovation. Room linens old and stained. Unable to control temperature and humidity in room. Left property after 1 night and forfeited payment of remaining days in order to move to a different hotel.

The Royal at Atlantis
The entire property was very clean and well-kept. We spent a lot of time in the casino at Bar Sol and Johnny was the best bartender we’ve ever had! Incredible drinks and amazing service. Overall we had a great experience and will absolutely be back.
