Do NOT stay here..the shuttle wont pick you up from the airport..youll wait over a hour..and still need a Uber. The room was in need of repair, holes in wall, tile falling apart...and there is a party every night! Youll be able to hear all of it through the walls or the gap under the foor. Lots of loud people and management could care less because it seems like this is the local homeless shelter. Please never stay here

Nothing to day i went stay the night somebody upstairs was having a rave none stop loud noises for no apparent reason all night but i guest i decided to be cheap so there…! Had it!

The staff was fine, very pleasant. The condition of the hotel was very bad, very worn looking. I booked the hotel because it had a kitchen but there were no plates, glasses, bowls, spoons ect. The front desk could only find a plate a fork and 2 tiny plastic spoons after 5 minutes of looking. No plastic cups in the bathroom or ice bucket. Only 1 light switch so either everything was on (hall, kitchen and bedroom) or it was pitch black. No lamps near the bed, I left the microwave door open so I could see to go to bed. The room seemed like it wasn't finished. The closet didn't have a bar to hang clothes. The bathroom had some of the worst repairs. It was shoddy cheap work but it looks like they tried to have more modern furnishings but installed poorly. there are several more issues but I don't have time to list them. I won't be back

The place had black mold in hidden areas. The staff and guest seem to be very loud in the middle of the night. Doesn’t help that the walls are very thin!!

The room was spotless and everything in it seemed new. Check-in was easy and quick. I was allowed to check in several hours early for no additional fee. The staff was friendly. The airport is a short distance away. Improvements Needed: *The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, but when I called the hotel to request it, the call would not connect. This went on for about an hour. I ended up ubering. *I requested the shuttle to the airport the morning I left. I walked out at 7 for the 7AM shuttle and it was nowhere to be found. *Staff was not present for morning checkout at 7AM. *My hallway was full of cigarette smoke. *Hairdryer was missing from the room.

Room was clean and person at the front desk was nice, however getting there from the airport was a nightmare as the hotel said to call the Shuttle compnay and the shuttle people said the hotel had to call them. Could not get a hold of the hotel after trying 7 times, finally paid extra for an Uber. Please, make sure the hotels you sell rooms for have great communication.

Owners and several of their families were living there. Put me in a room with their family above and kids were running around till 11 PM. Had to call three times to get them to quiet down and finally so we could get rest to get up at 4 AM to get to the airport for an early flight. Homeless people sleeping in the stairwells. Locks broken on the doors zero security. I would stay away from this place at all costs. I would never stay there again. No chance.
