「This was a lovely hotel. There were a lot of steps, not a problem for me. Parking was ok. Housekeeping did not replace dirty glasses or replenish toilet paper, we had to go to desk to request. As well as pool towels that we left on the floor after 3 days, they just hung them up. Desk person was very friendly and accommodating.
