「My room was not cleaned when requested so they had to move me to a different room. That was not a problem. Room rates, pet rates and parking rates are very expensive.」

「I wasn't told of any internet password when I checked in. So, no internet all night. I checked in at 4 and got key and then had to get to a golf event which started at 5. I was back in room by 9 pm after that golf event and the office was closed by between 8 and 9! Tried to call twice for a couple things (like to know internet password) and zero answers. Left a voice msg and no response even in the am. No security for loudies beside me and when not packed, (pretty empty there), just...

「The studio had a kitchen but absolutely zero dishes, utensils, or pots/pans. The purpose of renting a space with a kitchen for two days was to enable cooking. This is an easy fix. Thanks」

「Facing the golf course water foundation is nice. However, there was a body hair on one do the bed and the air conditioner was too noisy at night. The waterside in the pool was very fast, some kids found it very fun but some found found it quite intimidating. The waffle in the breakfast is yummy.」
