"Good location and near subway. Staff friendly and courteous. Downside is pictured deluxe room on website that I reserved was NOT what we received.. It’s an old hotel, room safe did not work until we called maintenance, then the toilet did not flush so we called again , then the door handle to the toilet room fell off, so I screwed it back in. The sliding glass bathroom door made loud high scraping noise when closing it. I would not recommend hotel to my friends or family."

Booked for no smoking room but the room was smoking room they had airfreshners but i could not breath and furnitures were so old as well as carpet.
