First of all, price was valuable. Second, the room was decent,clean and facing the cable car ocean view. It’s really relaxing. Although no one serves you, the luggage arrangement and e checkin and out was quite easy and convenient.

예전에는 호텔 전체가 그랩디오션이었는데 무슨 사정에서인지 지금은 호텔객실 중 일부를 어반스테이에서 운영하는듯. 어반스테이가 되면서 비용절감을 위해서인지 프론트데스크를 없애고 체크인부터 모든 관리를 카카오톡을 이용해 진행하는데 이게 여러모로 번거로울 때가 많았음. 일단 모바일로 체크인을 하면 체크인 시간에 맞춰서 카톡으로 룸넘버와 도어락키 번호를 알려주는데(방 카드키가 따로 없음) 엘리베이터를 이용하기 위한 카드는 또 따로 발급받아서 들고 다녀야함. 그럴거면 그냥 카드키를 쓰면 될 일 아닌지? 또 첫날에는 도어락키 번호를 까먹어서 나갔다 들어올 때마다 문앞에서 카톡을 열고 도어락 번호를 찾고 하는게 너무 귀찮았음. 게다가 문의사항이나 요청할 것이 있을 때는 처음 룸넘버를 안내받은 카톡에 있는 모바일 프론트를 이용해야하는데 아직 이 시스템이 정교하지 않아서 내가 원하는 것을 요청하기까지 시간이 꽤 걸렸던 점도 불편했음. 이런 점들은 연령대가 높으신 분들은 이용할 때 꽤나 마이너스 요인이 될듯하다. 하지만 위치나 객실상태 등은 가격에 비해 좋는 편.
