「The experience was closer to a low-cost hostel-style stay. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for the cost, and the hotel also provided heated blankets, which was a nice touch. That said, there was visible mold in parts of the bathroom, a noticeable old-building smell, and the fan was quite dusty. The mattress was also quite firm. Overall, this place is best suited for travellers prioritizing price over comfort.」

「I am not sure if there was a pool. We asked and they said no. The staff was usually not at the desk. The rooms had a weird smell. The front steps are unavoidable but there is an elevator at the top. Good location near lake and Mixue.」

「We really enjoyed staying at Stella De Boutique hotel. The location is great and walkable to lots of restaurants. The breakfast is good and their pho is even better than the pho you eat at the pho restaurant in Sapa. Every room is spacious with 2 queens that can easily fit up to 4 people.」

「優點的話大概是房間很大, 有手動門鎖, 早餐雖然選擇性不多, 但還不錯 缺點是沒有電梯, 主要是高樓層要爬來爬去的, 熱水要等, 洗熱水有點麻煩, 然後這邊離搭車地有點遠, 自駕的人可能沒感覺, 但搭車來的人, 從司機放下的地點走到這裏有點遠, 而且是山區, 得拖著行李往上, 回程更是麻煩, 如果要搭大巴, 要走好久, 搭出租車又超貴 另外這邊是民宿, 並不是飯店, 所以晚上老闆娘會等門, 但我還是比較喜歡飯店, 隨時進出自由, 尤其來沙巴玩, 會喜歡去逛晚一點, 但來民宿感覺壓力很大就是了 」

「COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and...
