This place is beautiful, the view, the pool, all excellent! The food and drinks were great and the staff were so helpful at arranging rides into town or any excursion we wanted! There were a few bugs in the room that the kids didn’t like, but that was likely our fault having a little bit of snacks in the room.

A gem in the rice terraces of Vietnam

I expected the Eco Villas to be nice but rustic, instead I found amazing food, scenery, and hospitality. The food has been beyond anything I’ve had in Vietnam. A seven course set menu made from local (this farm or this village) ingredients has been varied, delicious, and almost too plentiful every night. The room is clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. I wish I’d know how great this place is earlier so I could have arranged to stay longer. (It’s a 250-300k D ($12-15) taxi ride from Sa Pa to get here, and there is 75k D ($3.50) government fee to enter the region, so you’ll also need cash for that.)

Lovely room

The property isn’t ready to reopen after some remodeling, but Quan welcomed me and gave me a very nice room. He delivered meals to me and made sure I had everything I needed. I’m sure it will be fabulous, once the remodel is complete! I definitely recommend. (Note that the hotel is about 30 minutes from Sapa town, so, it’s great if you want peace and quiet, but you’re better off in town if you want any amenities nearby.)

Excellent Stay

Booked a room for my family of 4. Hotels.com says room for 5-6pax but only allowed me to book for 3pax with breakfast. Villa owner, Mr Tranh, received and checked us into his villa early morning before 7am free when I booked for 2pm check in. He granted free breakfast to the 4th pax for 3d2n stay. Villa is new, about 6 mos. Room is clean. As website photos show,room with balcony faces the paddy field view. Mr Tranh can speak good English. He taught us how to trek around his villa with beautiful scenery. He helped us to book taxi and one day tour with no hassle. Breakfast was great, prepared n cooked on the spot. Homely feel. Will come back if I go Sapa again. One point to note is the villa is located in village area, away from Sapa town. During winter, it is not too cold in village but colder n foggy in Sapa town. Many roads n hotels/villas under construction. As per Mr Tranh, completion in Mar'2020.

Hillside getaway

Originally booked here for 2 nights but 2 wasnt enough. Booked an extra night. Amazing views. Amazing staff. Beautiful rooms and great food. Real family feel to this place and the trekking we took was perfect. Great stay. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely fantastic place. We stayed at Topas the night before, which was spectacular, but this place was definitely on par for quality and service. The rooms are shockingly modern and clean. The family is extremely kind and helpful, and the food is very good. their coffee and breakfast is one of the best we had on this trip
