「Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」

「Clean, conveniently located. Small apartment, with a comfortable bed, tiny but functional bathroom and kitchen, walkable, felt safe even in the late evening. Although it's close to the highway, I couldn't hear it at all from the apartment I was in. 」

「No complaints about the accommodation, but assessing a so-called, and exorbitant, "property fee" for one night is outrageous. There was no explanation for what this covers. It amounts to a nuisance fee, and unless it is done away with, I won't be staying here again. 」

「Excellent stay in a convenient part of town. Love that everything was online and easy from booking, to checkin, property entry codes to checkout. Will stay again!」

「The location is excellent, close to everything you need. The windows are highly effective at blocking out noise from the busy street. As advertised, there is no elevator and no stove, but the air fryer provided is very convenient. The space is clean and quiet, with a good shower and a comfortable bed. The hallway luggage lockers were a lifesaver. What could be improved: - A full-length mirror or one in the hallway would be beneficial. - Providing communal-size body lotion, similar to the...

「Stayed in the one bedroom suite with family of 5, it was a perfect stay. Suite was beautifully decorated and bed was as comfortable as my bed at home. Kitchen had everything we needed for dinner in. Close to T and Fenway, area felt very safe and walkable with kids. Utilized parking out back which was convenient. Would definitely stay again when visiting Boston. 」
