There is a convenience store and a Starbucks just steps from the lobby. We were on the 19th floor and we couldn’t hear any trains at all. Our room did not face the train tracks. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful."

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, lots of amenities provided plus luggage storage available before and after check in. Property, room, bedding/linens/towels, etc were all very clean as well. Room size is typical of Japan, but spacious enough for solo travelers. "
