The area is very good, close to metro station, Oasis 21 shopping mall and Mirai Tower. The room was good enough, we took breakfast just a block away, for sure we can come back.

The hotel was clean, convenient to public transportation and there were many good restaurants in the vicinity. The room was a little small but about average for rooms in Japan. The service was good. The only thing I did not like was the bed; it was too hard!

The hotel location is near to subway and department store. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. I found I missed one of the bluetooth ear phones when I arrived in airport. I had not use it except in hotel room. Thus, I am quite sure the ear phone had left in the room. I tried to call to the hotel front desk but your side replied that my room has been used by another customer. Your side could not check the room at that moment. Please help search it🙏 I'm looking forward to your reply！
