A really nice hotel with friendly multilingual staff and an attached fine dining restaurant with reasonable prices. The rooms are excellent and very spacious - two or three times the size of a similarly-priced room in Tokyo. Probably the best hotel we have stayed at in Japan, and we will definitely be staying there again when we return to Nagoya.

Our family of four had a wonderful 2-night stay. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the rooms are very clean. We especially loved the lobby area—it's very spacious and kept our two young kids entertained for over an hour with board games and origami! The Japanese breakfast is also a must-try; it's delicious and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back!
