The location was great. However the hotel was not great. Below average bed quality and not cleaned properly. I can not recommend this place but if you're desperate for a cheap accommodation in the area, you could consider it.

The staff are all very nice, but the hotel is quite old and the room is a bit small. It’s fine for a quick stay or just as a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t say it’s comfortable for picky people.

朝食付きのフィルターで選んで買ったはずなのに朝食が付いていなかった。でも、モーニングセット580円で食べれたから良かったです。 部屋は照明が薄暗い、浴室のタイルの縁汚れが目につく、トイレットペーパーホルダーの軸が何故か曲がってる。 1番嫌だったのは、私も一緒に泊まった人も枕に触れた肌が、蚊に刺されのように腫れ上がったこと。痒くて辛かった。消毒とかしてないんだろうなと感じました。 スタッフの対応は良かったです。朝食会場(CoCo壱)の店員さんも対応がすごく良かったです。

部屋は一般的なビジネスホテルです。 清掃も行き届いてました。 ドライヤーがテーブルの下に備え付けてあるタイプで、コードが短く乾かすのが大変でした。また電気ポットもお湯が沸き上がるまで15分ほどかかりました。 でも、スタッフさんの対応はすごく良かったです。12時チェックイン（割と早めの時間だと思うので嬉しかった）でホテルで受付したのだ11：35くらいでした。ロビーで待たせていただいたのですが11:45くらいにお部屋の準備が整いましたと少し早めに案内していただけました。 大通りにあるので場所もわかりやすいし、立地もかなりいいと思います。 朝食は時間内に間に合わなければコメダ珈琲のモーニング無料券に替えてもらえます。 せっかくの名古屋なのでコメダ珈琲に替えてもらいました。 バンテリンドームでのライブのために宿泊させていただきました。 また利用したいです。

部屋の明かりが1つでも良いので明るいとありがたいかなと思いました。全部オレンジ系統だったので少し薄暗かったです。 繁華街にあるホテルなのに意外に静かでビックリしました。土曜日で外はかなり騒がしく賑わっていたのに、部屋に戻ると静かで眠る事が出来ました。

駅、飲食店、コンビニなどからも近く利便性は大変よかった。設備・アメニティに関して、スリッパは使い捨てにして欲しい。繁華街、大通りに面するため、夜遅くになっても騒いで歩く人やサイレンの音など騒音が気になった。耳栓あった方がいい。Wi-Fiの案内がTVを見ないとわからないため、もっとわかりやすく表示等してくれたらいいと思った。

名古屋の便利なホテル　朝食会場に課題

栄の繁華街にありとても便利。フロント対応も良く、バスタブの足元が少しギシギシ音がする以外は快適でした。朝食会場のココイチで、忙しい朝の時間帯に名前を書いてから入店を20分待たされたのが不満な点。店内が狭いのかと思いきや、入ってみると席はスカスカ。フロント付近で待たされているお客さんも多かった。接客態度などは問題なく好感度は高かったので、案内にもう少し気を配れれば良いのかと思います。
