Convenient location

Great location- close to the Tram line, and major sights like the Oura Cathedral, Glover Garden, and Chinatown. If one is so inclined, it is also possible to walk to Nagasaki Station and points in between like the Dejima, 26 Martyrs monument, Spectacles bridge, etc.

Fantastic Service!!

The rooms that I and my parents stayed were in excellent conditions. Bathroom was new, clean and big. The bed was comfortable and the room was bright. I forgot my diamond earring in the room. I did not realise until I was back to Fukuoka. I called the hotel and they immediately sent a staff to the room that I stayed to check. THEY FOUND IT! I returned to the hotel in the next morning to pick it up. This is such a wonderful experience that the hotel staff was honest, friendly, helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend anyone who visit Nagasaki to stay at his hotel. Again, thank you for looking after me and my parents during our stay in Nagasaki!! You all made my trip amazing!!!

Service is very good, staffs are always helping. Room is very clean. Several minutes walking to Glover Garden and you will get a terrific view of the city and feel the charm of both history and architecture of the city! This is far beyond my expectation on a Crown Plaza hotel!
