「When we booked the hotel reply was their lift was not working , we got very worried cause we are in our early 70's. But they offer me an upgrade to another property of their's around the block. When we arrived in there , smooth check in and there's a gentleman helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. 「Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. When I returned to my room, the wifi didn't work and I called the receptio again, that is when they told me the Wifi ONLY works in the lobby. 「The hotel was very cute and well kept. It only has stairs, so keep that in mind that you'll have to carry your luggage up flights of stairs. The room had a little kitchenette with a stove and fridge. The bathroom wad clean with great water pressure. The shower is tiny, so if you are a larger sized person or have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. The hotel is right on a busy/noisy street below. 「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」
