We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment as a couple and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Well positioned, lovely staff cared for the apartments and also the staff at the 7g Roaster cafe where breakfast was served each morning, bring plentiful and tasty. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, had everything that was required for our stay, contemporary and modern. So glad that a friend recommended this property for our stay and I’d always stay here again when returning, thank you xx

Loved our stay at this place!

It was a very nice place within walking distance of all major sights in Porto and Gaia. Friendly staff and good communication with the place throughout the booking. They gave us options for parking which was very helpful. Breakfast was good. It was surprisingly quiet at night considering location.

Excellent Hotel 15 minutes Walk to Porto center

Modern and clean hotel 15 minutes walk to center of Porto across the river one row behind river front. Has everything that is needed for a short stay. Great breakfast in the adjacent roastery. Would highly recommended.

Great location and all the staff was lovely and helpful. I would recommend apartment B2 as we had a fabulous view over river and breakfast was included which coffee was the star of the show. Down side was glass bathroom but not an issue for a couple but could cause privacy issues within the apartment for some guests.

A little modern gem located at a walking distance of the city, absolutely perfect to discover Gaia and Porto! There is a coffee restaurant attached to the appartments that completes the refurbished and comfortable vibes of the complex. Cherry on top was the kindness and availability of the staff, we had a genuinely amazing stay!

Apartment was lovely, very close to the water and walkable to everything. The included breakfast was nice and when we were leaving early one morning, they packed a nice breakfast basket for us, which had plenty of food that we couldn’t finish. Will definitely stay again.

We loved the apartment and the restaurants nearby were so delicious. The location is perfect, the breakfast that’s included is a great way to start the day and everyone that works at this campus is so sweet. We stayed with our 9 year old and the neighborhood met all of his needs.

Loved staying at 7g. The breakfast and coffee shop was lovely and convenient. Lots of shopping and dining right on the river. Staying in Gaia is more quiet and less crowded than the Porto side. Bridge is easy to take over the river.

Excellent Stay in the heart of the Porto waterfron

The 7g Roaster Apartments are wonderful. Clean, modern and unique. The included breakfast was fantastic and the service was great. I look forward in staying at this location again in the future. It is located near the waterfront.

Friendly staff, excellent modern rooms, great shower (pressure, heads, cleanliness, temperature), comfortable linens and amazing breakfast. Our only complaint was their cleaning product had a scent that was too powerful. We had to air out the room, but that was easy as the windows are enourmous!

Amazing, so cozy in there. Very original, with a lot of character above the coffee shop. I’d you happen to be driving there, make sure that you tell them ahead, so you can get the parking pass for the garage down the alley.

Great location with the most amazing staff. Shoutout to Dino for being so helpful and accommodating. Close to everything. Ideal for young families. Love that it has a roastery and fresh coffee all the time. The staff at the cafe are the best. A big shout to Reuben! I highle recommend this place. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in apartment 3B with the river view. Place is very clean, has anything you need. Breakfast cafe is right at the property and serves tasty coffee, juice, eggs, meats, cheese, pancakes, yogurt and granola. Apartment is closed to the pedestrian bridge to cross the river, restaurants, bars and Port wine tasting spots. If you are light sleeper, the noise from the streets and seagulls may bother you! Management and reception team were very nice and provided us with a big breakfast basket before our early check out time!

The 7G was in a prime location. Our room had big windows facing Porto and the Douro River. It was also super soundproofed, allowing for a restful sleep. Breakfast at 7G Roaster was delicious. We parked the rental car in the Centro Historico parking garage at a discounted rate and only left once for a day trip to Aveiro since we did not want to drive in Porto or Gaia. The room was a modern mini-oasis after walking around all day.

The roaster it is attached to is the best coffee in town. We loved the breakfast and usually try not to stay at places where it's include but it's perfect here. The room was large and comfortable with lovely views and an interesting entrance experience with the elevator opening directly into the room. Only drawback was the shower is an open plan so it was hard to keep the rest of the bathroom dry. Would definitely stay here again especially if we visit with our son because it was very kid friendly.

Great place!

We had a great stay in January, great location right near the river, with the food market, WOW world of wine, the cable car all a few minutes walk away. 10/15 minute walk across the bridge to Porto. Be prepared Porto is very hilly! Apartment was great, clean and spacious! First time booking an apartment for us but we loved the extra space compared to a hotel. Staff were always really helpful too. Breakfast was nice too, you choose from a menu rather than a buffet so it’s fresh! Would highly recommend
