Very nice, clean room, looking like it's been remodeled, staff was very helpful, beach view was great, large pool. Lighting could be better in bathroom, shower water could be warmer. Also it is a no smoke resort, and one person was smoking by the bar and pool area. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The view was beautiful, the staff was very friendly. We booked a room with a stop top? It could not plug in under the cabinets because the outlet was broken. I also assumed there would be cooking pans since it had a stove but it did not have them we had to purchase them. The beds didn’t have blankets, only had sheets and a top sheet to cover up with. Overall it was a good stay & the price wasn’t bad. We would stay again.

Check-in was quick and smooth even though I arrived late, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had an ocean-view room on the 8th floor, which was great. However, cleanliness was an issue. The room and bed were not very clean, and the bathroom had a strong odor, poor ventilation, and a clogged sink (which was later fixed but still smelled). There was also a strong smoke smell throughout the property, even though it’s supposed to be non-smoking. Overall, great staff and nice view, but cleanliness and smoke issues need improvement.

Our first room was dirty and smelled like smoke. I asked for another room and the staff was more than accommodating with the switch. Got into our room it was advertised as a two bedroom suite but the rooms had no doors which was not ideal for me my daughter and wife. The new room still wasn’t the cleanest but it did for the night. Wasn’t many people there so that was a plus but I probably would not bring my family back there it would be better suited for a guys night out but not a family vibe

The view from the rooms at this hotel are breathtaking...Super safe to go the beach for a late night walk, super convenient and close to restaurants and things to do...Staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked this place with two other adult friends, and we loved it. Grant Resort was clean, affordable, had good beach access, and had a nice bar and fun atmosphere without being overcrowded. It's also very close to the airport and an easy rideshare to other destinations in Myrtle Beach. Would definitely stay here again.
