「Mutrah central location is great for the touristic activities. For the remote Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the reception was helpful in arranging a taxi. As the other review wrote, basement bar noise continued around 4 a.m. though I was on the 4th floor and the noise might have been bearable somehow. The reception seemed not familiar to the Expedia pre-payment arrangement. So, you may be better to have your Expedia booking confirmation handy. Hot shower needed more than 5 minutes to come out. 「This was our second stay at the Muscat Intercontinental and this time again it was a very happy experience at every level: location, welcome, cleanliness, food, and importantly every single member of staff we dealt with. Too many to name but everyone at the reception desk, at The Musandam and other restaurants, at the Club Lounge. All faultlessly pleasant, professional and helpful. 「客室は清潔で、毎日クリーニングも完璧に綺麗にしてくれました。 早朝5時過ぎに到着したのですが、ビーチ沿いを散歩して朝食を食べて8時ごろにホテルに戻ると部屋を用意してくれていました。 当日10時から砂漠のツアーを予約していたので、とても助かりました。 スタッフ皆さんとても親切で、施設も改装されており快適でした。 朝食もたくさんの種類が用意されていてとても美味しくて毎日食べすぎました。 大満足の滞在でした。 とてもおすすめできるホテルです。 ありがとうございました。」
