「We had a lovely stay at the Chedi in Muscat in early April and found it a very relaxing place to stay with family including teenagers. The staff were very friendly and courteous. One suggestion is to improve the atmosphere by arranging some activities and themed nights to engage the guests.」

「The staff were super helpful and welcoming. It was very clean around the hotel including the rooms however maybe the bathrooms can do with a bit of an update - there was a musty smell and the bathtub was a bit old. I took the breakfast option which was a buffet but there wasn’t much selection of hot food and the food was repetitive. However the waiters are all attentive and they do go above and beyond to try to meet your needs. Also, I like to see traditional food options too, but I didn’t see...

Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use.
