「The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. On s'auto-enregistre (on ne voit personne quand on arrive) mais tout est très bien organisé: message Whatsapp et feuilles d'instruction, plan de la ville, feuille de conseils (restaurants,...) Quand on voit les propriétaires (au petit déjeuner par exemple) on apprécie leur accueil et gentillesse.」

「This wonderful small hotel is located on a quiet street five minutes away from Piazza Napoleone. It is in a historic building and has a lot of character. 「Vilken fantastisk service vi fick på plats av Max! Vi tillbringade några dagar i Lucca och bodde på Villa Anna. Ligger precis utanför ringmuren och nära till allt. Fint rum med vad man behöver med bra frukost. Finns verkligen inget negativt att säga och kan bara rekommendera boendet. 」
