「The customer service at the front desk was exceptional. I can’t remember her name but she was on duty 11/7 at 5:00pm. It is wonderful to be treated like I am valued. I really appreciate the effort she made to make me feel welcomed. I look forward to staying here again. By the way the bed was like floating cloud. Very comfortable!」

「Newly renovated, nice staff and big rooms. A bit noisy if you are in a room facing the highway. Breakfast selection was limited but fine.」

「Nicely done hotel. Clean, helpful staff and close to many types of shops from food to retail and restaurants.」

「The breakfast was not worth the money. The bacon was delicious. The waitress slash cook was great. But the food was cold. And not good taisted like it was reheated frozen.」

「I like this place. The two king and sofa bed choice is the main reason I choose it.」

「I paid in full at Expedia. The hotel charged my card in full and double charged me. They even charged an additional $10 for parking that won’t be refunded. Terrible…」

「Was pretty clean and the bar made good drinks, some of the staff was great, but some were not so helpful or welcoming, breakfast was good but expensive in my opinion, thought it was included in the stay when I booked but found out differently when I got there. And the 4pm check-in is not great either got there earlier than expected and they had no options for us 🤷」

「Nice place to stay 👌」

「非常好，很温馨的酒店，就是位置较远价格合理」

「酒店整体很干净，整洁，第一次在美国住酒店，但是我们房间四个人入住，没有牙膏牙刷，也没有护发精华，隔音效果也一般」
