「The room itself is nicely decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of taksim. Yet there’s many pubs nearby which make it quite dirty and noisy at night. Staff is not quite helpful. We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us. On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the...

「Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in Istanbul. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen aber nicht Mitten im Zentrum. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und was mir immer gefällt wenn ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer steht. Man konnte per Whats App Nachrichten schreiben wenn man was gebraucht hat, wie eine Restaurant Reservierung, Handtücher etc. Das hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir würden zu 100% wieder dort übernachten. 「“舒适的床”、“绝佳的地点”、“一流的服务”非常有意思的一家设计型酒店. 位置在新欧洲区的山坡上,坐出租车过去要走单行线,弯弯绕绕地很费劲,步行倒是很容易,在T1轻轨站下车上山就到了,要是拖着行李基本没可能,呵呵.俺们订了俩标房,酒店给其中一间升级了,是个带二楼厨房的小套间,一路叫喊要喝热水吃泡面的女人们得救了....

「It was great staying at sala suites. The staff was always very friendly and so helpful. The room was also good and clean. Our room was serviced everyday including Sunday and it was lovely coming back to a clean room after a day of exploring. It's located centrally. Overall excellent experience.」
