"Staff were very nice and very helpful and accommodating. Especially Jhonny who went above and beyond . He promptly replied all my inquiries and communicate well during those times that our schedule was totally mess up . We checked in late plus our plane gor delayed and Train rerouted . In short , our schedule got bumped . As in super late the following day . He didn’t cancel our booking just like the other Hotels. We teally highly recommend this Hotel . Aside from very good and very helpful staff , This hotel is very clean . This Hotel is vey close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa . We stayed at the separate building because of number of room occupants . We got a family size room . Thank you so so much Jhonny for being considerate and helpful . We sincerely Thank you and appreciate your help and kindness ! "

"The hotel was perfect for us. We stayed only one night after landing in Italy from the US. The location was amazing and the room was great. We really enjoyed the view of the leaning tower from our room which you can see in the picture. There were many shops and restaurants around us making everything very convenient.
