"The staff were very nice and helpful and the service was great. Staff leaves a couple of courtesy water bottles after cleaning the room every day. However, they wouldn’t sell us any extra water bottles after running out of water and the stores close early so we couldn’t go buy any. "

"Great location. Easy to walk to central square and surrounding museums. Felt very safe. Free walking tour hotel offers was very good. Cafe very good - having that included in room price on top of breakfast makes it brilliant value. We stayed 8 nights and tried all of menu at cafe, nothing disappointed. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Book upgraded room, worth the small extra cost. Sorry to have to leave!"

"I spent the final night of a 12-night trip to Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende at the Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico, located in the Historic Center with a fantastic view of the Zocalo from the rooftop restaurant. The room was very comfortable, the staff was excellent, and the food, including the buffet breakfast, was good. I recommend a stay here."

Le personnel est très sympathique et fait tout en son possible pour rendre le séjour agréable. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel 8 fois lors de nos séjours à Mexico."

"The rooms were very small, the climate controla did not work properly in either of our rooms (imposible to regúlate temperatura), at least on be sink did not drain. The keys constantly demagnetized even through we kept them away from phones. No apologías were offered for these inconvenientes. Breakfast was average at best. On the last morning we could not get coffee at 7 AM as it did not excust, we had to go outside to find some."
