「The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, despite the fact I arrived at 2am. Also the morning receptionists were very nice. Thank you. The room was very comfortable with all the essential things you need, included coffe and tea. The room was all renewed. Bathroom very clean The bed and pillows very comfortable. Commercial area and bakery around the hotel. Super! I will use it always now!」

「We stayed one night on our way home to the UK. The hotel was really easy to get to. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We ate at the hotel as we had arrived late and the kitchen is open 24/7. The food was good and we had a lovely bottle of wine. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend and will use again. 」

「This is a wonderful place to stay - clean and full of charm. The staff is lovely, helpful and professional. We had a lovely breakfast - wonderful food presented beautifully. It’s a smaller property and you get personal service. Would be happy to stay there again!」

「酒店的服務非常好,入住前兩次電郵問我是否要幫我預訂些什麼,到達時前台的服務也很貼心。但房間衛生程度不合格。入住第一天,送給客人的巧克力已經打開,枕頭上有頭髮,地毯有上一位客人留下的食物,估計根本沒有更換床舖,我入住的幾天應該也不會換床舖。每天清潔都很隨便,浴袍髒了也沒更換,忘記給我們新的棉簽。以這個房價而論是不可接受」

「Small, boutique hotel in the countryside, 30 minutes from Rheims. The staff are superlative. The restaurant earned it’s star and the country setting is quiet and relaxing. If you want a quiet, calm base to explore the Champagne region, this is your place. Tres bon!」
