「Absolutely loved our stay! A very small hotel with only a few rooms. The staff are lovely, the breakfast is nice, and the rooms are really nicely decorated. The free EV charging was a bonus too! Would highly recommend」

「Great stop over hotel to continue exploring the region or onward journey. Big plus is secure and gated car park.」

「Provide to borrow FREE AC adaptor for 1 night & provide paid to help & Mail postcard back to Taiwan. Thanks !」

「The food was terrible. Clean and neat room. Hot no fan.」

「Hôtel très agréable」

「We were met by the lovely Hugo who upgraded us to the very lovely Gîte. We had pre booked dinner as there is nowhere walkable nearby and we wanted a drink or two! Hugo prepared us a super feast and kept us entertained with a music quiz and plenty of wine. Then we went for a swim in their fancy indoor pool. A very memorable night in a charming place. Highly recommended!」

「Worth every penny」

「Fabulous experience and highlight of our 3 weeks in Europe. Beautiful castle, fabulous dinner and breakfast and the experience was lovely and regal with our maître D. The grounds and historic site added to the weekend. Played tennis and will have to come back to enjoy the pool and hot tub when it is not raining. They are renovating some as well, but this is a well preserved piece of history while still have the charm you would expect from a castle. Better than all the modernized chateau’s.」

「A nice stay, we managed a good sleep, good mattress, basic room, no water or kettle. The breakfast had a limited option, but ok to start the day. Safe parking. Shopping area at 5 min walking.」

「Perfect stop over after long drive from Calais, love the retro feel it has. Room was big enough for two people and a spaniel. Quiet location too. Staff provided us with a locally brewed bottled beer which was very good. My only disappointment was a small one and that was small paper cups instead of proper cups and uht milk in the room- Although the breakfast facilities did look very good, we didn’t have time to try them. Would stay again.」

「No lift, need to move luggage by yourself. Room is small .only 2 towel and shower gel available. 」

「La lumière du couloir qui s'allume souvent, ça se voit par dessous la porte de la chambre. Hôtel non indiqué dans les alentours dans la ville et nom de l'enseigne invisible de loin, hôtel caché au fond d'une voie sans issue !」

「Excellent value for the money」

「Excellent place to stay near the motorway. Quite a climb up to the old town but will worth it. Breakfast had limited choice but all very good.」
