For me the hotel was convenient, but it is tired and the clean room had few facilities. No air con, no kettle, no iron. Optional food was just okay. Staff and cleanliness were plus points.

Perfect place to stop overnight. Clean and tidy. Not a pretty area, but we didn't book it for that, we just needed a room for the night enroute to Calais. Secure carpark, nice little cafe/diner and bar.

A bit upset really as I thought we was booking into a hotel but it was a building about 100 yds away called an annex they were like a prison c block h they were built for contractors working away from home no where to sit one chair between 2 of us the bed was uncomfortable it was a twin room single beds every time you moved you virtually fall out the bed mattress too soft food in restaurant was very good breakfast was very good also and the staff were very friendly and helpful thank you girls you were great other than that everything else was fine it was a stop over stay before travelling on to lake leon

It would be my last choice for a night stay.

None of the power sockets were working in the room. It was an absolute nightmare as we couldn’t charge our phones for onward journey. Breakfast lady was very polite and friendly.

We stayed overnight on our way from Italy to the UK. The hotel was out of town but conveniently near the motorway for our journey. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were really efficient. The shower temperature varied and the communal areas were looking a little tired. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in for a day or two.

Our stay at the Brit hotel Reims

Well we had to change rooms as our one was on the ground floor with no air con and only a door to open. We speak French so that was good as the lady at reception didn’t speak English. Also they said on your app they had a restaurant and they are situated on a trading estate in the suburbs but when we got there after I asked they said it was closed as they didn’t have a chef but they did not email me about this so after a 6 hr drive I had to drive to a restaurant!! No relaxing here!!! The beds were really comfy and the breakfast was lovely.

The hotel is in an easy location, for the price we paid, i would have expected a larger family room it was very small, nowhere to put suitcases. The bathroom was also very small. there is no air conditioning but windows can be opened. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The cleaniness was good. No lift so you have to drag your cases up the stairs. Friendly staff / check in / out easy. Very noisey of an evening which cars revving engines and racing. The garage to the back of the hotel is very loud in the morning so if you had the windows open because on no air con, this would wake you up. Pack mosquito replient you will need it, so many around But overall unfortunately wouldnt stay again.

Amazing staff.

We needed a comfortable stay and a good night’s sleep on the last leg of our journey, but unfortunately this was not provided at this hotel. The room was not as advertised and we had a creaky and very uncomfortable sofa bed rather than an actual double. The room was not the same as the one in the pictures and that’s despite emailing to confirm. The mosquitos in the room were troublesome and you could see squashed ones in the bathroom. The best thing about this hotel is the amazing staff at the reception.

The room was nice and bathroom has been updated but the shower was leaking before we arrived as the carpet at the door was soaking wet. We had showers and it got so much worse. The WiFi didn't work at all. The hotel seemed clean enough although hallway carpets need updating but we used it just for a stop over so didn't go anywhere other than the bedroom. Plenty of food places nearby to eat if you need this option. Told staff about the leaking shower and all seemed a little non-plussed by it. Relatively good value for an overnight stay for 4 people.

Very pleasant overnight stay. Reasonably secure motorcycle parking with locked main gate and wheel lock available, but a little expensive an 15 Euro.

Enjoyed our four day stay. Convenient location for our needs. Good parking with a space available every day. Ok rooms, good beds. We purchased breakfast one day but this was not great. We did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel so unable to comment. Overall good hotel for a short trip at reasonable price.
