「We were stranded in Saint-Quentin (family of 4 with two young girls) and Oliver - the host - took us under his wing and went above and beyond for our family. From driving us to and from where we were stranded to cooking room-served dinners for our girls. The breakfast is wonderful and the room was stylish, luxurious and comfortable. 「Excellent location in Laon. Husband and wife staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. We'd hoped to dine on site for our evening meal. Their restaurant was closed and they found us an alternative restaurant and made a dinner reservation for us. I was recovering from a cold and the owner prepared me a hot lemon honey and ginger drink to have before I went to bed. Even made me one the following morning.
