「Staff was helpful and sweet and breakfast was good, but the hotel itself needed a serious upgrade. Carpet was old and torn. Beds were uncomfortable and neighbors were loud.」

「Did not interact with staff much but when checking in/out, staff were nice. The room was clean upon arrival. However, the floors were very moist as if they had just mopped. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Parking is convenient, on the same side of the street. However, there are only stairs, no elevator, so I recommend only booking if all guests are able to comfortably walk up stairs.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
