「We loved the hotel」

「Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal stets nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist klein, hat aber genügend Auswahl und schmeckt gut. Wir persönlich waren sehr zufrieden und haben die Unterkunft gebucht um gut nach Amsterdam zu kommen, was mit den anliegenden Verkehrsbindungen (Bahn ca 10min Laufweg entfernt) super funktioniert hat. Der Windmühlenpark ist hübsch und auf jeden Fall sehenswert. Allerdings würde ich keinen Tagesausflug dafür verplanen, da man sich die Gegend relativ schnell...

「When Checked in, collect certain amount of Euro cash(can't disclosed in here), saying it's city tax. Requested for receipt, said will email me..Now after one week nothing received. Through the booking operator to ask, also no answer. I suspect this is a scam.」

「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.」
