「Upon entering the hotels. It smelled bad, like humidity and dirty. There was no A/C. There were dead bugs in the lobby. The staff super slow and seemed confused on how to check in customers. We stayed in the third floor it smelled like weed, dogs and humid. The room was a cleaner but in very rough shape. We called to get a refund in order to move properties and they denied the courtesy.」
