「Sarajevo er en skøn og smuk by. Hotellet var centralt og alligevel lidt afsides med god sengekomfort. Personalet var meget imødekommende og venlig. Morgenmaden var fin. Interadgang var til gengæld meget dårlig! 」

「The service of this hotel is great. We called asking for slippers, and in less that 5 minutes we got them. The next day, we asked for shaving kit, and also we got them in 5 minutes. The hotel is nice. The 2 bedrooms apartment was convenient. The staff are super nice and friendly. Actually the Bosnian people are very nice in general 」

「Farouk at reception gave great restaurant ideas and gave us a choice of rooms when the reservation he had said it was for a couple, but we were a family of three. Lovely to have the history of the hotel documented and for its unique room numbering. Loved the fact that it is not a chain and most importantly a very comfortable bed. Just across the road from the hotel gave great views of the city and it was an easy walk down a reasonably steep hill to the old town..」
