「員工親切，房間很大」

「The staff was very helpful and personable. The room was good, but some updates could be done. I didn't get to use it, but the big tub in the room was a nice feature, but maybe is the reason why the room smelled a little moldy and there were moldy areas on the ceiling above the tub in the bathroom. I'd say ventilation in there probably wasn't the best and I could smell that. It made me want to leave the air conditioner/fan off completely since running it just made me feel like I was breathing...

「The room was clean. Air conditioner was noisy to the point of keeping me awake. The TV would lose the signal constantly. Front office manager said it was because of the WiFi signal. That should not be the guests problem.」

The room itself was clean and you can tell they spend a lot of time keeping things clean. There is a mold/mildew scent in the room and the AC probably needs to be checked/professionally cleaned out. The most unfortunate thing was that the towels had black and brown stains and they should just replace them instead of...

「Room was freezing and in need of a simple chair. There were pleny downstairs but not in the room. You need a chair to dress and put shoes on. Also when you finish riding you don’t want to sit on the bed. Also kitchen needed a drying rack paper towels or dish cloths. Beds were comfortable and location great. View of falls wonderful. Does the tv work downstairs?」
