"Hotel pool was closed for repairs but we were able to use the Flamingo Hotel pool free of charge which was very close walking distance from Harrahs."

"Room was clean, and although it didn’t have a modern update, it didn’t look outdated either. The hotel offers free parking and it’s close to other major resorts like Palazzio, Venetian and Caesar’s Palace, and it’s right next to the Fashion Show Mall. It also has a CVS on the first floor that sells water, snacks and alcohol at a fraction of the cost of the other convenience stores located in the hotel. Just beware of the offer to upgrade room during check in at the kiosk. I got two queen beds room and was offered an upgrade for a king size bed room. I decided to upgrade bit was still given a 2 queen bed room. I was still charged the upgrade fee because in their view, I was still upgraded to a room with a better view. GTFO. I had to wait in line during check out to get a refund and they almost didn’t do it. Overall, I’d stay there again but I won’t take any of their offers to upgrade."

"That smell... oh oh that smell. Comfy bed and room in section 2 was fine, except for luke warm water. TURN UP THE TEMP! The lower floor smell like poo. Won't be back."

"No fridge, no clock, tv chanel guide, room service menu, pool area under construction which woke us every morning at 6:30 am. Cob web strands covered in dust hung from the upper level. Inclineators were slow, Multiple lights burnt out along the 1/4 mile bridge to the parking. We will NOT stay there again."
