"Easy check-in. Plenty of food options available. Check the details: even though our pillowcases seemed clean, they hadn’t been changed from the prior guests. Dried blood and snot. Yuck! Shower had prior guests hair on the wall."

"The bathroom in our room appeared to be clean until we checked the shower and saw hair still stuck to the wall. The staff seemed to be helpful but was unwilling to send a utensils set to my room at 11pm because I hadn’t ordered any room service. They did give me the option of paying $12 which seemed offensive."
