「The only thing positive about our stay was the lobby and the new white towels and bedding. The rooms were dirty, shabby and worn out .. curtains, carpet, furniture you name it! Door locks didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work, TV remote didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work, Breakfast was disappointing. Certainly not as advertised. 「As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. 「The place was sketchy had to go up metal stairs in the dark to get to our room, when entering can see someone broke in before. Bathroom door has been locked and frame broken. The phone in room had no cord to it. The tub dripped all night and the beds felt so old and worn down. Overall not a good experience」

「Front desk gentleman’s command of the English language was poor. Could barely communicate with the man. Your front desk staff must be able to speak excellant English that a Canadian can understand. TV and fridge in room was unplugged. Even when plugged in fridge did not work. 」
