「Everything is new and modern and so beautiful. The washer and dryer in our suite was so appreciated. The only downturn at all was the booming music that started at 3 or 4 AM in the room beside us, and that wasn’t the fault of the hotel or owners, but of really inconsiderate guests - who were evicted the next day! I appreciate the apology from the hotel and the way they dealt with the problem. I highly recommend the Lux Hotel & Suites. I’ll definitely stay again!」

「The only thing positive about our stay was the lobby and the new white towels and bedding. The rooms were dirty, shabby and worn out .. curtains, carpet, furniture you name it! Door locks didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work, TV remote didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work, Breakfast was disappointing. Certainly not as advertised. 「As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned...

「The place was sketchy had to go up metal stairs in the dark to get to our room, when entering can see someone broke in before. Bathroom door has been locked and frame broken. The phone in room had no cord to it. The tub dripped all night and the beds felt so old and worn down. Overall not a good experience」

「I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Hilton. Bright, clean and incredibly professional and kind staff. The daily breakfast was fresh and a nice selection of toast, eggs, yogurt, cereals, juices l, teas and coffees. Lots nearby to walk to to grab a coffee or a few groceries. The pool is small but good enough for the kids. The gym has a great selection of cardio equipment and some weights. Would definitely recommend.」
