"Great hotel we stayed at to go to universal, staff was above and beyond helpful and even had a ride for us to and from the airport "

"Bathroom door had no handle, just indent to slide and didnt even close all the way. Air conditioner blowed in weird smells from outside. Safe had a piece of it, detached and left inside. Breakfast was just bagels, bread, waffles, and cereal. Muffins were nasty"

The room was mediocre compared to other Marriott’s that I have stayed in. The furniture in the room is outdated and there were many rust spots in the bathroom. "
