"Always stay here and have a great experience. The last experience was above and beyond. I left my pillow and called when I got home when I realized it was missing. I was directed to a site to register it was missing g and for it to be shipped. I had to pay a huge amount for shipping but I received a box a few days later and it was not my pillow. I called back to the hotel and got the original woman I spoke to and found out they sent the wrong one by the mistake of another employee. The woman I spoke to happened to have a family member who was visiting her and the family member lived in my same town . She was leaving that day and asked her to come pick it up at the hotel and deliver it to me. It showed up 4 hours later. I was so grateful to her that she went above and beyond for me. Thank you to Angela at the Bloomington west location for making sure I got my pillow. (Expensive special pillow) I hope I get to see you in August when I return."
