"We were traveling all day and by the time we arrived in the evening, the front desk person was on lunch. Even though we caught his attention, he did not come in to help us. He continued with his lunch and we had to wait another 30 minutes while we were exhausted! On the last day of our stay, the shower water was barely running! Eventually, it ran normal but set us back about a half hour."

"We loved everything about the property..the location, cleanliness, professional and personable staff members. If I had to add something to make it convenient for anyone staying at the property, it would be room service. They do have tons of restaurants surrounding the property, which is great. I personally love to order room service sometimes when I dont feel like getting out."
