「Breakfast menu was OK. TV menu confusing. No glasses in room. Other than that clean and comfortable.」

「Room was clean. Pool was closed for maintenance. Air conditioner caused flooding in the room. Was reported twice to management. There were no other rooms available. Management assured I would receive a credit. As of this time, no reimbursement.」

「The room was awesome loved the walk in shower and the little nook for your towel so you don't even have to get out. Loved the mirror as well and the microwave mini fridge and coffee station it was all hidden only thing I didn't like was paying $15 for parking」

「There were several young adult sports teams stating at this hotel. Although it’s great to see young people out enjoying themselves, the hotel was noisy until quite late. Easy parking and access to various Lansing locations.」

「My partner and I booked the accessible room and the bathroom was very accessible. Roll in shower, shower chair, wheelchair accessible sink, grab bars in the shower and near the toilet HOWEVER the bed was like 3 feet or more off the ground and we struggled to get up that high to get in bed. It was also hard as a rock. Just a word of caution for fellow disabled travelers!」

「The room was clean, however I paid for a jacuzzi suite, I did not get it. The bathtub backed up and wasn’t going down during or after the shower. The location was good, but the whole point was to get a nice clean jacuzzi room while I was on my vacation but I did not get the jacuzzi」
