「Warm and friendly services, coupled with cosy room-setting, made the stay at 32 Townhouse an excellent experience. Dominic the manager was attentive to details; Alex who served the breakfast gave warm hospitality and made guests feel pampered. 」

「From the moment we arrived we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. The friendly and helpful staff were always fully engaged in providing a first class service to us with a smile. We have had the privilege of staying at many 5 star hotels over the years but the attention to the small details at the Grove of Narberth was exceptional and beyond what we have experienced before.」

「An excellent hideaway place as advertised, also has a cottage for hire or glamping with a local well stocked shop. Ideal location for all the beaches and attractions. The morning breakfast was superb, a mix of cereals, fruit, continental style, as well as the full welsh cooked. The room was everyone you could as for, cosy, relaxing with a lovely en-suite. I would highly recommend this hotel, though I do want to revisit, so ignore this report. Seriously a wonderful stay, and will be back. 」

「We had an excellent stay at the Spilman Hotel. The room was clean and spacious with high quality fixtures and fittings. The receptionist Michelle was friendly and welcoming and the location was great. We won't be the first to mention the challenging entryway to the car park - but the video supplied by the hotel was helpful in this regard. Carmarthen was an interesting place to visit.」

「The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.」
