"This was our 1rst stay here (3 nights). Out all day working, just pulling in was so nice, a warm &welcoming hotel to return to each evening. Our room was clean & we were very comfortable. The pool was awesome, actually heated & the hot tub was great as well! Great outdoor seating to chill & relax. A nice little living area with a separate bedroom, each with a nice size tv & a work area(large desk in the bedroom & coffee table w/end table in the living room). We were so kindly welcomed upon arrival & they honored our request for a great room location. I will say, I'm sorry I did not get his name, but when I went to the desk to ask for extra washcloths on our 2nd night... the guy they called to get them was a gentleman &super helpful! He made sure we had what we needed. Even checked our ice. I'm sure the hotel can figure it who he is. When you do, give him a raise & hang onto him. All of the employees at your hotel are amazing! Says a lot about the way mgmt treats them. This would have been a total 5 star stay with an extra night if they kept to the quoted price they had given us. We were advised to wait until the next morning because it would only cost us 135.00 on a Monday, but the next morning, it was almost 100.00 more than that. They wouldn't budge & so we did. We budged to our room, packed up & checked out. Also needed is more than one person to bartend, waitress, & handle the carry outs. That's a lot for one person. All in all you'll love this place!"

"The service desk was very friendly and greeted us with excitement. The hotel is undergoing renovations but we were not affected by. The pool was relaxing. The had a shuttle to the casino which worked out perfectly."

"We had a really great time. We definitely stay there again. Just had a problem with the shower. I let them know before I leave. It needed to be addressed other than that. It was perfect."

"This place looks brand new ! excellent location only a mile from Foxwoods casino, I have stated other hotels that are south of the casino, but this one by far is the best and closest. I’m not sure if they offer free breakfast or have a shuttle as some other places do but the bed was so comfortable we missed morning breakfast time anyway."

"The check in was easy and enjoyable. The comp hour checkout extension was well appreciated. The pool/hot tub was impressive and soothing; however, there was no effort to replace towels that evidently ran out. Several guests, including myself, were complaining."
