「Not impressed with the room or amenities for the price. I felt penalized for not being Hilton Member. Was told the reason we were charged $4 for bottled water was because we were not members it would have been free otherwise. Felt forced to use Valet parking. Was given the option to use the back parking lot and when we did, there’s no entrance from the backside of the building. Had to walk all the way around Glad we didn’t use anything else!! 「Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. 「When we initially walked into the room it looked clean but once we were in there, the pillows had hair and other things on them. The sheets had big stains with more hair and the "clean" towels were also very stained. The doors had gaps in them where you could see a lot of daylight but did lock. We did not stay and found other accommendations.」
