「Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family...

「While the room was reasonably clean my biggest complaint was the shower. It was the puniest shower I have ever seen in a Holiday Inn. Very weak. I long for the good old days when you had access to a little bar of soap, a little bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The door had clearly been broken as if someone was breaking into the locked bathroom door. The shower has areas of mildew in the caulking and the bar on the shower wall is loose. The water in the bathroom sink, toilet and shower was initially not clear, but after use, the yellow brownish color cleared up. The toilet is also not secured to...

「The walk ways were covered in dog poop. Inside the room the ceiling looked like it was ready to cave in. The side of the toilet was covered in poop. The room was not cleaned properly, there was food in the fridge and trash on the floor. When we reported the issues they apologized. But nothing was cleaned.」

「Not well maintained Stairs are dangerous Room are dated」
