"Loved the location and cleanliness of the place. Very well maintained and clean. Will definitely stay here again. Came as a family of 5, with 3 teenagers. Beds were comfortable. They have air conditioning/cooling so it was so amazing coming back to a cold place after the summer heat waves. Check in process was easy and professional. This location within walking distance of old town but super quiet so you can actually get some sleep. Wished we stayed longer. Great place!"

"The hotel is bright and well decorated. The rooms are a decent size with a good shower and nice bathroom area. Really comfy beds and quiet rooms. The breakfast is really good with lots on offer and good coffee machines. The location is a 15/20 min walk to the castle and a little further to the main square. A train station is close by and the team stops directly outside the hotel. Some of the staff were pleasant but some were unhelpful. It was so hot and the air con was struggling bit. I needed ice to cool down and the bar had closed at 10pm about 10 mins before I asked for some ice. The receptionist had got some from the bar the night before even though it was closed. On the last night the new receptionist told me to buy ice which wasn't great as I needed it for a swollen ankle. There are 2 shops near which is a plus when you can walk to them. I could stay there again or I could choose a different hotel."

"I loved this hotel! Its quirky decor was fun. The rooms were very generously sized - we had a big double and a seperate lounge area with a fridge. The staff all spoke great English and helped with a range of things e.g lending me an adaptor when mine broke, directions to the tram etc. when we had to leave for a tour we were let out at 4am proving the reception is truly 24 hour and a secure place to stay. Breakfast was tasty and a good selection and there is a secure room to leave your luggage. Its location just outside the old town is perfect because you don’t pay the inflated price but are still only a short walk to the castle and squares. Brilliant experience would stay here again!"
