"Great location, in walking distance from main parts of city. The only transport we used was Bolt from airport and back. Very clean. Has everything you need. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Only one fault was the mattress in our room was rock hard, we found it very difficult to sleep on. (Room 57). Friends recently stayed there in a different style room and said no issue with theirs. Other than that we would stay again but in a different type of room."

"Cracking Ibis,probably one of the best I've stayed in.Let me start by saying,you can park your motorbike outside the door for free(nice and secure/undercover)Now then,the hotel itself is very clean and modern with great,helpful staff who speak very good English.My room was clean,bed comfortable with decent pillows.Shower was spot on,WiFi was good and the TV had the odd English channel.I ate an evening meal and had breakfast once,both decent and not bad value for not having to go out. The tram is a minutes walk from the hotel reception and drop you on the very outskirts of the old town,I got Bolt back twice and was only £4/£5,so no issues getting around.I also walked in a couple of times,a nice leisurely stroll was 20/25 minutes,and if you like architecture then walk the hospital way(left stairs in the big round tram terminal) some great buildings to see.For an authentic Polish meal there is a milkbar(I think this is what they are called)across the road and to the left,5 minute walk where you will be served a fantastic meal for next to nothing,truly Poland.Also the air museum is a couple of stops up on the tram,another great place to visit. All in all,great hotel in a great location with great staff,thank you."

"In a strange part of town just over the bridge to Kazimierez. Hotel was decent, staff was cold at best, somewhat rude at worst. The opposite of my usual experience in Krakow."

"Gorgeous hotel. Staff were friendly especially at breakfast (which incidentally was really lovely especially the gluten free pancakes). Loved all the Molten Brown shampoos etc in the room. It is super central to the castle and the main square. Definitely recommend. We will be back. "

"We was luckily enough to stay in suite 51 with our own private jacuzzi . It has 2 bedrooms and a living , each bedroom has its own on suite . In addition from the living room there is another bathroom which is actually larger with a rain shower . Room was a bit tired , lots of bangs /knocks etc . There are are few loose wobble tiles outside near the jacuzzi , and the outside just needs a good clean . The breakfast had lots of meats/cheeses /cereal . Then there’s a hot menu which you can order from . The crepes are really good . Location is right next to the train station, litterly . You can definitely hear the trains as they run straight passed, so not great if you are a light sleeper . Didn’t bothered me , seemed to start around 05:00. And the free water /soft drinks /sparkling wine was much appreciated. Would I return , definitely of the occasion aroused ."
